Welcome to the FPAR Data System. The purpose of this website is to collect and manage Family Planning Annual Report (FPAR) data submitted by grantees of the Title X National Family Planning Program.

About Title X

The National Family Planning Program, created in 1970 and authorized under Title X of the Public Health Service Act, is administered by the Office of Population Affairs (OPA). Title X is the only federal program dedicated solely to providing individuals with comprehensive family planning and related preventive health services. Learn more about Title X.

About FPAR

The FPAR is the only source of uniform reporting by Title X service grantees. Annual FPAR submission is required for project monitoring. The 15 FPAR reporting tables provide consistent national and regional data on the characteristics of individuals receiving Title X services, the types of services provided, the providers that render care, and project revenue. Learn more about the FPAR.

Uses of FPAR Data

Title X administrators and grantees use FPAR data to

  • Monitor compliance with statutory requirements and accountability and federal performance requirements for Title X family planning funds;
  • Guide strategic and financial planning;
  • Respond to inquiries from policy makers about the program; and
  • Assess the program’s impact on key reproductive health outcomes.

Annually, FPAR data are tabulated, analyzed, and are disseminated in a national report. View the most recent FPAR National Summary.
